MEN'S RETREAT - August 15-17 - $85 for entire retreat
Speaker: Doyle Roth, from Littleton Bible Chapel

The topic for the weekend is "Rediscovering Biblical Leadership". Doyle will cover many different areas from leadership in the church, community, and school to how to be a leader in your marriage and family. Whether you are young or old, married or single, God wants you to accept the challenge of leadership. So come be equipped and encouraged as we rediscover His plan for male leadership. In addition to the excellent teaching we will be having some incredible food and plus some exciting outdoor excursions.

HERITAGE RETREAT - September 23-25 - for 50 & Older - No Charge
Speaker: Dave MacLeod, from Emmaus Bible College

3 Days, 3 Locations--come to all or part of this three-day retreat. (Lunch included)
Tuesday, September 23 - Littleton Bible Chapel - 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 24 - Northeast Bible Chapel - 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 25 - Camp Elim - 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Servant Leader Training

We're nearing the end of our Servant Leader Training Week. It has been a fun week getting to know our summer staff and also serving our guest group...LifeBridge Church from Longmont, CO. LifeBridge was here with their middle school group and their leaders told us that 15 made professions of faith in Christ and 10 rededicated their lives to the Lord. It's exciting for us to hear those kinds of things and affirm in our minds the value of guest groups. We're looking forward to our Dedication Day this Saturday. It's great to get families up here to see the camp and encourage the staff as we start the summer. Hope to see you here!!!

Seeing as though I wrote the "About the Blog" blog, I thought I would be the first to update you on the goings on at camp. This past weekend was Work Fellowship Weekend. With summer right around the corner (next week) we are working hard to get camp ready for hundreds of people. We had over 100 volunteers come to camp to work on various projects, donating their time, energy and sweat. We got a lot accomplished and are extremely grateful to all those that pitched in to help.
