It's been awhile since we've updated our blog...and so much has happened since last Fall.  Winter Camps have come and gone and we had a great Women's Retreat with Shelly Volkhardt as our speaker.  Taste & See That The Lord is Good was our theme.  136 women attended and we didn't even have 18 inches of snow on the ground like last year!!!  Two teams of ladies participated in an Iron Chef competition and cooked up some delicious dishes.  The mystery ingredient was Ramen Noodles!!!!

Now we look ahead to our summer programs.  Dig Deep is our theme:  Experiencing God's Love, Exploring God's Word, Engaging God's World.    Hope to see many of you up here this year!

Here we are, middle of September, and most people wonder what happens at camp once the summer season end.  We actually had a nice four day break before our first school group came.  

This fall also looks a little different as Chelsea and Danny have wrapped up their full time service at camp.  Karen Padgett is doing a great job in the kitchen and Jess Huber, a recent Emmaus Youth Ministry grad, is staying on after spending his summer with us.  Jess is getting married October 24 and Celsey will be joining him then.

Pray that we would be the aroma of Christ to the school groups and church groups that come through our gates this Fall.  If you need a weekend in the mountains, we could always use extra hands on staff during our weekend retreats.
