A typical winter weekend for middle school campers looks like this:

Friday Night

7:00- Olympians arrive

7:45- Presentation of the Countries

8:45- Snack

9:00- Chapel

10:00- Prep for the Games

10:30- Devotions

10:45- Olympians need their rest…

-          “…So Be Quiet.”

Saturday

7:30- Coaches Meeting

8:00- Olympians Awake

8:30- Load up on Carbs and Protein

9:15- Focus and Prepare

9:30- Chapel

10:30- Olympic Games (1^st round)

11:30- Team Games

12:30- Load up

1:30- Team Bobsled Competition

2:45- Free Time

5:30- Load up

6:30- Olympic Games

7:30- Chapel

8:30- Snack

8:45- Olympic Games

9:45- Devotions

10:15- Be Quiet 

Sunday

8:00- Coaches Meeting

8:30- Olympians Awake

9:00- Load up

9:30- Focus and Prepare

10:00- Chapel

11:00- Field Game

12:15- Clean Room

12:45- Load up

2:00- Video/ Closing

Check In
Check-in takes place at Camp Elim from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening. Please do not expect to check-in before then. If you must arrive after 8:00 p.m., please call ahead to make arrangements. For specific instructions on how to check-in your camper, see the registration confirmation packet.

Check Out
Please feel free to join us for a video of the weekend at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Arrangements for your camper to get home must be noted in the Camp Office if you are not planning to pick him / her up yourself. We are unable to arrange rides home through the Camp Office.

Please do not pick up your child before 2:00 p.m. without making arrangements in advance. Our staff leaves by 3:00 p.m., so do try to be here before that time.
